Referral rules

There are a few program rules to keep in mind and communicate to your members:

  1. To be awarded credit for the sale, your member must fill out the form via your landing page, or have their details submitted through this portal. This must happen before the sale is closed to receive credit!
  2. The email used to sign up for the discount is the email that should be used when purchasing. If your member purchases with a different email, you will not receive credit for the sale.
  3. When members sign up for your discount, they are able to book a call or buy online using a one-time-use discount code (this will not include your organization's name).
  4. Once a member signs up, anytime they purchase a camera (through our sales team or online) you will be credited for the sale. The only exception is when they submit their information to a different partner or Veo Ambassador, in which case the most recent submission will receive credit.
  5. To be eligible for the discount, cameras must be purchased with a 1- or 2-year subscription. The subscription must be Team, Club, or Enterprise level. When we are running larger discount campaigns, there may be additional terms to consider.
